The Night Time Sabotage
I just need a pick me up! I keep saying "oh you've just hit a plateau" that's why Im not loosing weight, but I really think Im in denial, I haven't been eating well at night time - it's at night that I have the hardest time limiting myself and just sticking to what's good for me to snack on and I end up sabotaging myself. And let me tell you those Cheetos really do add up. I am in a rut, I want so badly to loose this last bit of weight (15-20).

Does anyone have any tips on what they do to keep themselves focused at the end of the day? I feel like any support or just knowing other people are struggling with this too may give me a push of encouragement I need! Smile
