I am a single mom with 2 teens. Between working, responsibilities and sanity as well as a social life ....it's sometimes hard to make good food choices. I've gotten better during the week but often blow it on the weekends. Happily...my exercising has finally increased so I am feeling better about that. I've been walking a lot at a fast pace, riding my bicycle and working out with a trainer. I would like to lose weight and feel more confident/sexy in my bathing suit.
