I am a 52 year old man, I suffer from a heart ailment call Sick Sinus Syndrome, it affects my pulse, it is so low (below 40 BPM) it requires me to have a pace maker, when I was diagnosed after my heart had stopped I weighed in at 300 pnds, when I could I started a diet and exercise routine, at first (two years ago) I could barely walk around the block now I jog up to five miles a day and weigh in at approx. 180 to 190 (depending on my activity level)
I have been divorced for ten years and my dog Girr and I live alone in Marysville WA, I am what I call a "near vegetarian" (at times I will eat some fish) I live an active lifestyle, I love hiking, swimming, walking, biking, SCUBA diving, although due to my heart stopping several times (before I had my Pace Maker) I have a problem with short term memory so its best I do some of these things with friends (always with Girr, well maybe not the biking) and I use GPS when those of weak constitution's do not want to go out in the weather, around here if you wait for a clear day you would never do anything outside
I guess that should do it, most likely more then enough
