Hi! My name is Mae-Lisa and I've been on the South Beach Diet since April 13, 2012. My start weight was 257, as of July 25, 2012 i am down 54lbs with a current weight of 203. I've been learning so much about different foods, my body, and changing my lifestyle. Being happy is my ultimate goal in life, and so far I feel like I've been climbing to the top!
