Started my fitness journey in Jan. Of 2014 weighing 230 being lazy and feeling miserable. From junior year in high school I gained 50 pounds and probably more. I have accomplished my goal that I set in Jan as of Dec 2014 I have lost 51 pounds and have kept it off. I plan to get to 170-165 and be strong and healthy and toned. Can't wait to continue my journey and e at my goal by summer of next year. Who knows where this will take me!
