I am a mother of 2 great children and 2 loving animals, and a wife to a wonderfull man. They are my world, and are a very supporting group! I count my blessing everyday.
I am a yoga instrustor, teaching a range of different flows based on the Ashtanga practice. My dream is to one day run a yoga studio of my own, but until then I consider myself a student, because I have much to learn. I am currently studing Raja Yoga, and have really been finding my spiritual side through it. Learning more about my my mind, and not focusing on the physical body so much. Through this transformation of thinking I realized that what I ate had a direct impact on how I felt. Realizing then that if I eat well I will feel positive and be more motivated to make more positive choices, the same goes with making bad choices. And when I mess up, I forgive myself and try again.
