South Beach Diet and Cholesterol
I have high cholesterol and have started the South Beach Diet. Im concerned that this may not be good, as I am eating a lot of meats. I read in the book, that it HELPS cholesterol. But I'm skeptical. Any thoughts? Question

Day 3 GAIN!
This is my 3rd day of the SBD. I followed the plan for 2 days and now I weight more than I did before I started!! What's going on? Should I continue? Sad
