I do not feel its a good idea to weigh myself daily, it can be a set back if you don't see the results you want, usually 1 day isn't going to give great weight loss.

Just found this site tonight. I entered my food intake and activity that I had done for today. Sunday is not a good day for me to do my regular excercises. Will get back ontrack tomorrow.
