I am currently 27 years old. I am currently in the Orlando, FL area.
I've had quite a bit medical reasons keeping me from the body that I want. Dislocated knee (high school), torn shoulder muscle (car accident), kidney stones (3 surgeries), two concussions and one face to the concrete (nothing broken just horribly bruised), and a car accident resulting in 7 discs that are either compression, bulging, or herniated.
I guess during all of that, I just gained the weight.
I know I can get into the routine of a diet and light exercises, but I don't have the motivation to stick to it after 2-3 weeks. Either someone doing it with me or at least asking how it's going.
So, I joined this site to see if I can stick to a decent routine this time around. I wish everyone the best!
