I finally lost a bit of weight! It's not as much as I'd like, but it's a start. Hope to see more results soon.

Hey guys, I weighed myself this morning after my first strength training workout the night before. Unfortunately, I'm back at my starting weight.
I've also posted my first diet journal. Although it shows I'm at 103% RDI, that's for 2000 calories, but my BMR is 3000, including a small allowance for exercise. I have to say, I was expecting a much higher RDI, but then again I didn't eat lunch except for the Cliff Bar, so...yeah, I still need to be careful.
I felt really good after completing the first strength training workout. Tired, in pain, but really good. What made me most happy was the fact that I could actually complete it. I'm looking forward to the next workout.

I started out at 279, went up a bit, then went back to 279. Not really good...

Starting week 2 of Abs Diet
I seemed to have gained a bit of weight, so I think I gotta check portion sizes, since I'm eating more meals.
I ate a little less carb for dinner, and the carb was brown rice. It really fills you up even if you eat less!
I upped my exercise routine a bit for this week. Next week is when I really get down to business.

Abs Diet Week 1
Start weight: 279
Doing 3 days of light exercise during weeks 1-2
Exercise: 3 sets of pushups and 3 sets of squats
Notes: 8-10 reps per set for pushups, 15-20 reps per set for squats
