I have to say..this had been a pretty good day for me...I ate healthy all day ....Went shopping with my hubby(Lowe's)LOL..we did a lot of walking around...Went to the gym..worked out 2 hours..
Treadmill..30 mins
Elliptical..60 mins
Nustep......30 mins
i hope everyone is having a good evening...

Lost 1 pound...I am so happy i am getting back on track....i hope everyone is doing good this week...well off to the Gym...Good Luck everyone....

Gained a little this week....can't complain...with all the eating i did this week and not working out...Surprise i didn't gain more....i have been so busy...haven't even had time to workout...i am sorry to say... back on track as of yesterday...next week will be good for me...hope everyone is doing good....
