I weighed in at Carla's just now and it makes me happy to read the scale. I'm back to work. Finished 3 weeks and now start my fourth tomorrow. I'm tired but I still have made time to work out vigorously 2-3x a week. I get quite a bit of walking in at work, thank goodness.
I've been eyeballing my portions and for the most part doing ok with that. I've deprived myself of nothing and have been on target considering I did not make any entries since Memorial Day. I love my Wednesday class at Bally's and also the Yoga class that follows. It's a struggle and I'm still committed..some days are easier than others, but with all I've been through for me to still be here and doing what I can even when my smartphone isn't so smart. I'm going to the finish! :)

I'm preoccupied with my life changes! Moving again, new work situation, relationship changes...pretty much **it happens...and as the song goes, "That's Life!"...or at least mine. Not getting in the exercise I'd like but I'm moving and then literally, I'm moving so i'm not sedentary. i'm also suffering with allergies from the dang Sycamore trees, so I'm taking meds which affect my biochem. Foodwise; I'm staying in the calorie range but I'm eating out & feeling the lack of nutrients in my body. ok I'm aware & will leave it there...not beat myself up, but move forward & make better choices. and that's a good thing!!

What a difference a day makes! OK so I feel good that I figured out that around the full moon or towards the end of the month, I tend to hold weight. I'm going with it's water weight or whatever and that's why I gain weight or hold weight, can't seem to move the direction I'd like. So again, this journey is one that I'm committed to. I'm here at my cousin's. I was asked how did I do it? I also met with Mr Wonderful, who asked if I'm losing weight. He said it shows...you look really good! It feels really good to have my accomplishments noticed! Thank you God for being with me every step of the way! :)

Now that I'm home it's easier to be in the groove about my eating. It's not good but I've not been hungry or eating to eat. Now that's a huge change...not sure what it has to do with. I know that last week I was hungry for no reason and now I'm not. I'm tired from traveling and emotionally am trying to make decisions about my future...moving, my daughter's school...Life is what happens when you're busy making other plans!
