Health issues caused a weight gain of 30 lbs and 2 pants sizes in less than 2 yrs. HELP!

Did a 40 minute treadmill routine this morning. Day 8 for that schedule. I vary it up with hill climbing and increasing my speed very 5 minutes. Today I had seltzer water before my workout and 8oz of V-8 juice after. For lunch I had an 8oz smoothie made with grapes, a banana , cantaloupe ice and 4oz of diet v-8 fruit splash juice. Now I will walk my 2 dogs for a mile around neighborhood before the ice and cold weather hit. Tonight for dinner I am making low calorie chicken breast stuffed with feta cheese, spinach and onion. A Greek salad as side side dish and lemon seltzer water. Hopefully that sticks me to 1800 calorie intake for day.
