Short time ago I was overweight too. While losing weight I came across some key points.
At first you need to switch to a healthier diet, with less sweets & fast food. Moreover you should make a meal plan to track how many calories you eat. If you want to loose weight you should take about 1200-1300 calories per day. To increase the fat loss start doing some cardio like cycling or running. This will also give you a good feeling about your body. Doing sports trigger the exhaustion of endorphines in our brain. Those are hormons responsible for make you feel happy and if you're happy you are more likely to stay with your healthy lifestyle.
Another point is that only if you can decrease calorie income for a longer period of time, you'll see permanent results. But I'm sure you can do it, if i could make it from 250 pounds to 190 in 1 and a half year. Smile I learnt a lot about nutrition and exercise from Fat Loss Factor.
