In for the Kill
Had a donut that someone brought to work. Not even a good donut, it was a mediocre donut and I could feel the drag on my body after eating it. Funny how 'opportunity' was stronger than resolve. I didn't go looking, buying or craving a donut, but when it presented itself....BAM, I went in for the kill.
Sucks.

Found a new Book - Lifesaver
After watching Oprah last week, I bought the book she featured called, WOMAN FOOD and GOD, by Geneen Roth. I'd already put together that I was eating not for hunger, but to pacify somethinge else. I hate gaining weight and having to 'buy up' in clothing size. Reading this book has been a revelation and I would recommend it to all people who really want to figure out WHY they eat. It has definately changed my mindset and I'm diet free now. READ IT and be free.
