I would like to reach my goal for my health , my appearance and self confidence. More importantly for my kid so I can live a long and healthy life to see him marry and have kids. I love to cook and explore new recipe, I do enjoy food so much that make me struggle for my weight my whole life. The biggest obstacle for me is really my mental desire for food. I do not like sweet on the other hand loving noodles and starchy food is my biggest enemy. I am also a food Blogger write recipes blog. Sometimes I really wonder how those famous food network chef can control their in take of food and maintain their fit appearance on TV shows. That is really amazing. I did once before using low carb diet 20 years ago. It's very successful I lost 30lbs totally in a year for my petite size that a lot two dress size down but I realized the biggest challenge is how to maintain the weight???
