Hello, i am 26 years old. i studied economics and i am working in a bank now. i was 75 when i was in high school and then in first class in university, i became 79.2. and 95 and 105 and 115. i want to be in my ideal kilo 75. but i know i have to lose slowly slowly. so i want u all friends to encourage me in this hard long way. thanks
