I'm a mom of 4 girls, only one left in the house now. I work from home and since being diagnosed with hyperinsulinemia 7 years ago, my weight has gone totally out of control.

This year I want to focus on feeling healthy and loving my body.

In addition to following a Ketogenic Lifestyle, I take a high potency multivitamin and mineral, antioxidants, 3000mg Omega Salmon Oil and +/- 15g of Vitamin C a day.

After some success in repairing and stabilising my hormones through nutrition during 2013, I plan to follow the 5:2 plan during 2014 to build and continue the benefits I've achieved.
