Hello! I am a 45 y/o housewife from PA. I was an electrologist until I had to have back surgeries requiring me to give up my work. I am now trying to keep myself busy at home by quilting and walking my dog when I can. I do a strict low carb diet that has worked very well.. I am down 50 lbs and looking to lose another 20-30 lbs. Carb Nite Solution
I am not sure who this would work for, as I think if we are significantly overweight our eating patterns have been not under control. If I were to do this, I am afraid I would gain weight and then struggle to get back on plan. Better for me anyways, to kick the junk to the curb and not try this diet. Are you trying it? Let us know how it worked..

Well, considering I was 210 last tuesday at the doctors I am thrilled to have dropped so much weight, even if it is water weight!! Exciting and motivating.
