Need to lose fat and make some muscle. Going for a keto type diet and this website has been fabulous for working out how to work the macronutrients for my menus. Caloric intake calculates the same on both calculators for the amount of weight I need to lose, so I am happy. Am increasing exercise too. Weight bearing and suppleness as I have had joint issues in the past and some sutoimmune problems. I try not to think about those issues as if they "belong" to me just use them as a warning when I am straying from my path to being slim and wonderfully healthy.
