Choosing a diet
Hello everyone, I'm new here and was wondering if anyone has any tips to help me choose the right diet.

I'm looking around the forum andseeing loads of different diets e.g. atkins, south beach etc.

How do I know what diet is right for me, I want to lose a stone as quickly as possible.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated
