I have always looked good on the outside but would get sick very quickly. Around my 30's, I began to have major health problems related to my increasing weight over the years.Now, after a week long(Sept 18-25,2015) illness of Bronchitis and a Sinus infection...I have had enough of my own non commitment to my own health. I would eat pretty good for a while but the cheating on sweets would knock me off course again. On top of this I have 5 food allergies 1)Sugar 2)Gluten 3)Dairy 4)Corn 5)Soy...and at times I can be in heavy denial. I think this community will give me the accountability I need to stay on track.
