Started at just around 300 lbs in January (2017) half-interested in losing weight although I knew I was in a dangerous place where age and weight could combine to the detriment of my health. Months into my diet I found fatsecret after determining that a Paleo lifestyle suited me best by addressing and eliminating the foods I craved most. I've realized a lot of things on this diet versus diets from my past. It's not about starving or fake foods, it's about eating healthy and /being/ healthy.
