Slow, but thankful the scale is moving in the right direction. I had a setback (or two) but unlike past times, I was able to shake it off and keep going. Thankful for friends and encouraging words.

Progress! I am scared because I can always lose the first 10-12, then I fall off the wagon! It will be different this time! Thanks to many of you who sent words of encouragement, it helps!!!
