I am a Virtual Assistant based in George, WC. I have 2 daughters, 7 and 2. After Liani's birth I picked up weight. The highest I've been is 87kg. I am 1.62m tall so my BMI is Obese Class 1.

On 27 November I started the 28-day diet and lost 7.8kg and 83.5cm overall. I took a break over Christmas and started the diet on the 1st of Jan for Round 2. I only picked up 1kg in the Christmas & New Year week.

My goal weight is 60kg. Hopefully I'll reach it by end Feb. I still have 18.4kg to go!!!!
