I'm a mom of two and am trying to get back in shape. I have lost quite a bit of weight over the last year and half, however it has slowed drastically since January (probably due to my own slacking). I am going to get back on track though as of now! I go to the gym at least 3 times a week (do about 30 minutes of cardio, 15 minutes of weights and 5 minutes of stretching) and go to an hour long Zumba class 1-2 times a week. I am trying to keep my calories around 1300 a day which has worked for me in the past as long as I am strict about it.
