Hello Everybody ! Today is a going to be a great day I can feel it. I have been released from some bad influences and it feels good ! anywho I have to go it me an accurate scale because the one I have now is JANK ! Does anyone have a scale that is accurate and where can i get one that won't break my pocket? But other than that still living life & learning how to perfect time management. <--- ik that was random.

When I was younger and DESPERATE to be smaller I thought i had to get on this thing called a DIET...hmmm I thought to myself . if i get on a DIET everything wil be better. WRONG!!!!! Since I've been on this Life Change jouney I found that when I was so wrapped up on being smaller I ironically GAINED WEIGHT.
But when I became focused on wanting to live healthy and make healthier choices, the weight flew off. So by this time I'm thinking WTF!. Are you serious? You mean to tell me if I choose a banana over a bag of chips the weight will come off gradually and stay off with other active activities? Thats really all it takes, is making healthier choices and being more active.
I believe society is so wrapped up in being smaller they lost focus on health. Let me tell you ladies and gentlemen, being smaller or "skinny" does NOT and mean does NOT declare you healthy. Body image is a big problem with the media. They do not teach people to love their bodies and put healthy nutrients in it. Individuals have to LOVE their bodies in order to be happy with yourself, then if you fine something you want to change. Like the roll under your chin or the fat pockets on your thighs. You will be doing it for you not because its what your brain-washed to believe is considered beautiful.
IF anyone reads this journal I just want to make the point that, You should love yourself and be comfortable with who you are ! :) STAY POSITIVE

Today is going to be a good day, I can feel it. I have been eating A LOT of fruit lately. I really LOVE fruit. Still trying to find different ways to get exercise in. Since my days are VERY busy now, its a challenge to workout like I used to becuase I'm tired most of the time. But I try to take the stairs instead of the elevator and Ive been doing ab exercises. So its not all around bad.
For the most part I've broken my habit of eating before I go to bed but failed horribly on the not eating after 7 challenge, so I still have a lot of will-power to gain. But I believe I can do it ! !

I am so HAPPY 4 some reason. I did eat pizza yesterday & today but I am goin to workout more today...hopefully :) Gotta get back in the habit !
