Really starting to feel comfortable and confident with what is going into my body. really need to start a workout plan to go along with it. I think I am afraid of messing up. I am so anxious for the first three months to be behind me because I think in my mind I won't feel so bad about myself if i can loose some of the weight quickly. I know that I cannot do this on my own but through God all things are possible and I want to make my body into the temple of the Holy Spirit.

Good day today even though I wasn't at work and had a lot of down time...stayed on the plan and really ramped up my fluid intake. I can't do that during work due to being on the road so much. I NEED to start exercising! I CAN do this.

Feeling good about the start I have. I actually started this on Monday January 6, 2013. So it has been one and one half weeks already! I CAN do this.
