I. Am. Pissed. I knew that I had gained back most the weight lost in Italy last summer, but I didn't realize it had crawled up so unbelievably high in such a little amount of time. In less than 6 months I've put on over 15lbs. Heartbreaking but perhaps the wake-up call I needed to get back to counting calories and exercising. I actually weighed 5lbs more last week but didn't even want to record it, so I'm nearly a week back into the diet. Here we go. Again.

Ugh I've ballooned up again and watching the lovely ladies of the red carpet makes me realize I really do feel most glamorous under 200lb! Putting down the pint of ice cream and picking up the ice queens "30 Day Shred" DVD. Looking for some positive results in the next week or two!
