Hello!

I am 29 years old and hoping to not only lose the weight, but keep it off this time! I have really yo-yo dieted for the last several years and truly believe that I am obsessed with food that is horrible for me. I am hoping to find a way to overcome these obstacles so I don't have to continually struggle with this.

I live in Colorado and participate in some of the great outdoor activities, but it sure would be nice to be in better shape to enjoy them more. Mostly I just want to feel better about myself and just know that I CAN do this!
