I'm a mother of two recently had a son who is 10 weeks old now and need to loose weight and tone up. Been struggling with weight loss for few years now and I am hoping that this programmer will help in archiving my goal. I'm not a diet or exercise person I just love good food, eating healthy and lots of water I do not take fizzy drinks. My weakness is alcohol😜
