I have been on this diet for about two months plus stabilization periods of 21 days not included with the two months. It is called HCG Activator ( not the shots but the pill form). its 100% Hormone free. It was hard. But with God's help I could do it. I got injured at work over two years ago and injured 6 parts of my body had surgery on my shoulder and a manipulation on my shoulder after a year of surgery, I gained 40 plus pounds. I couldn't even get my heart rate up to workout so this diet was a God sent. I'm a very active person and I am so glad to see myself slowly coming back. i got injured on the job on 02-02-2012 and have alot of injurys but i also had surgery on the last part to heal and i've gain weight want to get back to my prime weight.
