Benefits of the Paleo diet

First of all, I would like to start this post with greater attention to this "diet".

 In short, what benefits following a paleo food?

I can tell you my experience and that of many others who have had amazing improvements, but I'll tell you mine, lived in first person which undoubtedly me beneficial to be selective, to avoid eating processed 100% even with foods out of season , refined products, artificial flavors, aromas, flavor enhancers and chemical preservatives along with cereal, all those products that our body warns aggressors not identify what we put in our body.

What is the best Paleo diet

The Paleo diet is a diet low in carbohydrates : completely eliminate dairy products and cereals (bread too). It comprising only 20% to 40% carbohydrate and between 20% and 35% protein and between 30% and 45% lipids. This regime is not necessary to count the grams of carbohydrates or calories . The main rule is to stop eating when we are full.


Allowed, moderate and forbidden foods

Allowed foods: red meat, white meat, seafood, eggs, fruits and vegetables in poor starch, nuts and legumes.

Food to consume in moderation: cold squeezed, avocado, tea, coffee and alcoholic drinks and nuts oils.

Forbidden foods: grains, legumes, dairy products, processed or canned products, starchy vegetables (potatoes, cassava, yams etc.), fatty meats, salty foods, sugar and soft drinks.
Exceptions: It is theoretically possible to eat one, two or three meals a week in which "forbidden" foods are used: since the exceptions facilitate adaptation to new eating pace.
