I have been a member here since last year or so. However I didn't take this seriously until I did a physical and saw for myself how unhealthy I was. I have kids I wanna see them grow up and be happy healthy people. My example was not helping any of us. My physical was my wake up call. I made a full radical change in my lifestyle. I don't do fast food unless I am getting a salad from there and I don't use their salad dressing. I exercise everyday for at least 30 minutes. I'm also drinking a lot more water and very little soda. I measure out every thing that goes into my mouth. Whether it's a liquid or food and very little sweets. My kids are my inspiration to be healthier and to stay healthier. I wanna be able to play with them and chase them more than 20 feet without being winded. With my lifestyle change I am accomplishing that. And that is worth all the struggles and pain. That is what is keeping me from giving up.

My HUSBAND is the best CHEERLEADER!!!! I love him with all my heart. He is so great with all of this and he's doing it too. He is right around 200 lbs. He hasn't been that low in years! We are all benefiting from this.
