spider veins
I have a total gym and have been doing quite a few abs crunches and obique exercises. Today I noticed spider veins all around my bra line.. Has this happened to anyone. The only thing i see on the internet is that it can be due to weight gain..

PMS - how do you stay on track at this time of the month?
I was wondering of anyone has weight gain the week before???? And then does it go away and can anyone expain why this has to happen.. it's bad enough dealing with it let alone all the bad effects!!

weight training vs cardio
So I got a total gym. Had it for about 3 weeks now and use it 3 times a week and cardio.. 8 miles running every other day.. Get Saturdays off... Love Saturdays..
I have gained about 4 pounds. Not sure why.. I guess maybe I ate more than normal, but when I was running 6 days I could cheat some and still stay steady. Can you really gain muscle mass that makes you weigh more with a total gym? I do it for about an hour, but not constant becuase I take breaks after reps. I think I am going to start back running four miles three days.. do the total gym and then continue running the 8 on the other days.. Also, this weight won't budge unless I run and then the scale likes me until the next day when what I lost came back.. Any ideas??
