I am Almost 40, YIKES, two months to go, My Focus this year has been Holistically improving my Health: Mental, Physical, and Spirtually. I am just beginning. I am a Registered Nurse, I should be doing better. lol My hobbies unfortunatley are sedenatry. Reading, Computers, Games, Pets, Hanging out. Goals are to slowly increase my Activity, and Balance my Diet. Endocrinologist, Nutritionist, Conseling, are all helping. I am not trying to kill my self with change either. I have had Hypothyroidism for 12 years with steadily increasing weight, now have been diagnosed with Metabolic Syndrome/Insulin Resistance. Trying Slow & Steady to help win the race and turn my Health around.
