I've always been slightly larger for as long as I can remember anyway (not as a young kid) after highschool I went from slightly larger up to somewhere around 230lbs maybe more? In 2008 I decided I was DONE being fat and started a raw food cleanse which helped me drop some quick pounds shortly after I decided to train for a triathalon (I hadn't worked out a day in my life but I did ride/train horses so I wasn't completly out of shape). I droped about 60lbs competed, and felt great! Trained again for another year but suffered some neck/shoulder injurys and couldn't compete or work out very hard... gained some weight, recovered and had a knee injury couldnt work out... gained some weight. I was then back up to 190something and feeling HUGE(I think I actually hit the 200 mark for a day) decided I wasn't going to that place again and started HCG for 26 days. That was in November. Now I'm back on track at 178 and on my way to my new goal of around 150-160 with a tone body.
