I've always been slightly larger for as long as I can remember anyway (not as a young kid) after highschool I went from slightly larger up to somewhere around 230lbs maybe more? In 2008 I decided I was DONE being fat and started a raw food cleanse which helped me drop some quick pounds shortly after I decided to train for a triathalon (I hadn't worked out a day in my life but I did ride/train horses so I wasn't completly out of shape). I droped about 60lbs competed, and felt great! Trained again for another year but suffered some neck/shoulder injurys and couldn't compete or work out very hard... gained some weight, recovered and had a knee injury couldnt work out... gained some weight. I was then back up to 190something and feeling HUGE(I think I actually hit the 200 mark for a day) decided I wasn't going to that place again and started HCG for 26 days. That was in November. Now I'm back on track at 178 and on my way to my new goal of around 150-160 with a tone body.

I love coconut oil and I cook all kinds of stuff with it including breakfast eggs, it has a little flavor but you'd be surprised it's plesent (unless ofcourse you don't like coconut). I add it to shakes too but I do find that if I eat it like that I tend to get nausea now I cant tell you if it's the shake or the oil but it kinda seems like the oil? It's not major, and actually it's prob a good thing lol cause then I'm even less hungary hahaha

Diet Calendar "KCAL"
So quick question if I look at my Diet Calendar basicly I want to see a down arrow with about 500 or so calories so that I'm at a neg 500 at the end of the day right? (500x7days 3500 calores= aprox 1lb weight loss a week) Just want to make sure I'm using this info correctly. What does the 'k' stand for?

THANKS everyone for all the great response! Day 3 of "writing" everything down Smile and I'm happy to say the scale was 2 lbs lower today than yesterday I'm fully aware it will prob not be that again in the am but I'm just going to enjoy it hahaha. I should be “reset” off of HCG now I’ve been off the diet and introducing new foods since January 1st. Only time will tell! I’ll check back in later!

Ok thanks for the reply, I've been really not tracking that well (hence the new goal) I just started adding back in foods I couldn't have Nov-January because I was on HCG I had no carbs, no sugar, no proccessed ANYTHING so I have been eating a bit extra prob cause it's "new fun food" hahaha I'll keep better track I realisticly should have been tracking the whole time which would show a MUCH better pic! I'm gonna try a little more 1500-1800 and see where it takes me!

Am I eating too little?
OK so I haven't used this Forum yet so if I mess this up sorry, I might have posted this twice?

Hey just curious what everyone thinks? I've been working on myself since 2008, lost 60lbs originally and gained 20 back, but never "quit" just slacked had knee/shoulder injurys etc.
November - Jan 1st I did HCG lost 18ish pounds and then when I got off I started hitting the gym again hard! I've been going 6x a week now for 1 month exactly I'm stuck at my current weight! I've been pretty good and eating aprox 1000-1200 Calories a day, my new chalange for myself is to track calories religiously which I just started and just realized maybe I wasn't eating enough so I've up-d it some now trying for around 1500-1800? Does that sound resonable? I work a desk job and I burn 5-700 calories a day at the gym I do cardio and weight training mostly. I still have about 20-30lbs to go for my ideal weight...THOUGHTS on calorie consumption?
