Part of the problem for me when I had little kids was that I stayed at home. I am a bored and stress eater too! When I feel happy, I am not as interested in food. Try a gym with daycare in it. I can leave my kids up to two hours every day and get a good workout. Also, do grocery shopping only once a week and stock up on fresh foods, not boxes. Last but not least, make a plan what you want to eat that day up to your calory requirement (make sure to include a protein bar for sweet tooth), and do not eat anything else until you are done with good and healthy food from your plan list for that day. Many times I would not want to eat a chocolate late at night aftre I already ate a lot of food that day and "kinda" don't feel hungry...
