I am 28 years old and have been working in a Call Center for almost two years. I drive an hour to work and an hour home each day which means I am sitting from 8:15am to 7:15pm every day. I have been adjusting my diet here and there but I haven't been making enough changes to compensate for my lack of exercise. I am still slowly gaining weight and am using FatSecret as a way for me to track what I eat. This has really opened my eyes to how a few little cheats here or there or the occasional fast food can affect my body.
