Jillian Michaels 30 day shred
I've used it, it is a good work out. I've never stuck to it every day. It seems like I will do it for 7-10 days and then something happens and I'm off it for the same amount of time. I had a friend who did it and followed Jillians recommended eating plan (on line) and she lost weight and swears by it.
