Well, what can I say? I am just another person on here wanting to lose weight and get fit! I was persuaded by my little brother, mike Warren, to join this website as a support tool allowing him to be my mentor on the way. He was correct, it was bery thorough and holds one very accountable for his/her actions. Anyway, I live in Barbourville, KY with my husband, Rob, Daughters, Kristin and Becca, and 2 dogs, Lacy and Lily. I an aspiring teacher with just a few years under my belt and slow start with no help from a slow economy. However, I thank GOD for his continued support and intervention in my life and am trying to keep my faith that more opportunities will arise for the improvement of myself and my family. What did my sister-in-law call it, "a time to perservere" ( I think that word was spelled correctly)! Anyway, I will celebrating my 37th birthday soon! Presently, I am looking forward to getting in shape and looking better than ever in time for my b-day (or losing 5-10 lbs. and getting my hair done). Yes, for the first time in years, you can see my natural color and it still contains no gray hairs yet. In fact, it's a very deep auburn brown color. My husband is astonished that I have let it grow out this much. Usually, it's already cut and colored. I am trying to go back to a few of my roots when "times" were simpler and making to attempt to reconnect to things that are far more important than just money, fame, and fortune-my family, beliefs in GOD, and myself! Also, I want to strengthen relationships and do somethings that are more meaningful than establishing myself. I mean who is really going to care about all that you have done compared to how much you have loved others? Time is short, I am learning that is far more important than anything else that I can do in learning about myself and shifting priorities. Thanks for reading my bio/book, I got a bit carried away, but God Bless everyone who reads it!

Why is it when you eat really healthy and exercise really hard that you gain weight instead of losing? I am about to give this up! Too much trouble for very little results!Confused

OK, my weight has stalled! I don't get it. Last week, I was doing good, but this week is negative since my weight has stalled or increased by 1 pound even though the exercise and diet have remained about the same.
