Well, this is a re-start for me. I've been dieting on and off very successfully since I was a teenager. My best results were with the Atkins Diet. The original and the New Diet Revolution.... Both were great, but I couldn''t keep up the no carbs.... I've tried 2 rounds on Jenny Craig, a self-directed Weight Watchers stint, Dr. Abravanel's Body Type Diet. Ummmm... I tried a 3 day diet with Mom back in the 90's, which worked, but was very ODD. Ummmm... Oh, the Cabbage Soup Diet was good, but results, of course, were not lasting. Many more, I'm sure.
SO. This time, I'm going to go along with my husband's calories in/calories out mentality. (Fingers crossed!)
