How Often Do you weigh yourself?
i tend to think , that im not losing weight ,cause i don't feelit but , i notice my legs and arms , wrists are getting smaller , so it may not be your pant size..lol

how does someone lose the look of the bulky muscle , make me look thinner, and toned ? i weigh 180 , its alot of muscle except my lower belly ??
