need to loose weight. havin blood pressure issues at 24...labs and test show that everything is fine. the doc said i should lose some weight. i SHOULD be 115-125. after having 2 kids back to back..there seems to be no time to lose it, between house chores, work, school and kids =(. hope to lose at least 10 pounds by the end of October! =D

[K...So..I've been using the food diary thing..I record EVERYTHING i eat and it counts the calories..it says I only eat about 900-1200 calories a day. is that too little? how accurate is it?
