What's your workout?
I use Jillian Michaels DVD's for cardio and strength training 4-5 days a week. I have recently started a walk to running program which I do 3 times per week. I am trying to spend more time walking/running outdoors, but the TX heat is sooo brutal. I really dislike working out on my treadmill as compared to outside though.
