I am an athletic woman, I work out for an hour a day and do push-ups/squats/leg raises throughout the day at work. I have always been between 129-135 since highschool and I feel comfortable at that, however over the last year and half I seem to be stuck at 140 and gain very easy. I don't know what is going on but I eat pretty strict. I eat veggies for every meal. I don't eat fried foods or sugar snacks. I drink water all day throughout the day, no pop/tea or anything like that. I would like to be back down to my 130-135 range. I don't know how I can modify my diet. I feel like I restrict myself enough already except the coffee/half n half in the morning(sometimes two cups)

This morning I had a cup of coffee with a half and half and a chobani yogurt tube. I had a bowl full of mixed veggies with half cup of curry sauce a piece of swiss cheese with a few crackers.
