I am 27, the oldest sibling, have been married for 6yrs (we have been together for 8) and am the proud parent of Lady Marie (our 6yr old Lab). The biggest challenge for me right now that I am struggling with is mind over matter. I tell myself that I am hungry so I need to eat and then I eat all the wrong things. I also use food to make me feel better when I am down and depressed. I also didn't realize truly that WHAT I was eating is what matter...but now that I have this app on my phone I have no excuse..I can keep track of EXACTLY what I eat. No more claiming ignorance and I need to get up off my butt and get it into gear...the longer I wait the harder it will become.
