I'm a mother of 2 wonderful step-sons and wife of a man that can eat EVERYTHING and not really show it. I work full-time and have never really been able to find the time to work-out... sound familiar? I'm tired of having no energy and only being able to buy my clothes from certain stores. It's time to eat healthier, find the time to exercise so I can have more energy, and start feeling better about myself when I look in the mirror or try on a new outfit!
