Hey guys,

I'm a 26 year old medical student with A LOT of weight to lose.
I've been overweight all my life and it's time to get rid of it.

The fat has taken control of my life, but I'm ready to take that control back.

As a med student, I've see first hand what being overweight can do to one's body. IT'S SCARY!!

As a doctor, how can I tell my patients that they need to lose weight when I do too. My patients are gonna think I'm crazy!! Not a good look.

I've tried to lose weight in the past, but always slacked off.
Not this time buddies! I am in this for the long haul! No turning back!
