I am a SAHM of two sets of twins. My oldest set were born in October of 2007 and my youngest were born November of 2010.
I enjoy the "extreme" home programs sold by Beachbody. I've completed, more than once, almost all of them, including Insanity, Insanity: The Asylum Vol 1&2, T25, Insanity Max 30, P90X,P90X2,(I bailed on x3, I found it too slow) TurboFire, Chalean Extreme, Piyo, Body Beast, Les Mils Combat, The Master's Hammer and Chisel, plus hybrids schedules. Asylum is my favorite, having completed it 12 times. Recently, I started Cize.I am ALWAYS doing at least one program. I need the structure. And I'm not afraid to take discs on vacation.
I also love my elliptical and my treadmill. With all four of my kids finally in school, I spend two to two and half hours a day working out. I can easily lose myself on my treadmill for 10+ miles at a time, and I've been know to do a Turbo Fire disc for 2 hours straight.
Though my weight fluctuates, I'm most comfortable around 131ish. I always set my goal a little lower, so I work harder. My body fat ranges between 10 and 12 percent, depending on how hard I train. My body reflects my work, and I'm proud of it.
I think my determination turned addiction stems from December of 2005, when I broke my back and my neurosurgeon told me I'd never run again. Apparently, I said "challenge accepted."
